The celts called it Samhain (pronounced saw-win) and it was one of four seasonal celebrations. Later Christians would call it All Souls’ Day. In the 18th century, it became Halloween or holy night. It’s a time of recollection for the past harvest as winter approaches as well as for those that came before us. Reminding us that nothing lasts yet nothing is lost. Hope your Halloween is filled with magic and memories.
